The Kickstart Challenge is your 6-week jumpstart to feeling stronger, more energised, and confident—designed specifically for beginners and anyone restarting their fitness journey.

With 3 guided outdoor sessions per week, recipe books, wellness guides, and ongoing support and motivation, you'll have everything you need to succeed. But what really makes it special?

Whether you're a working mum finding time for yourself or someone who's always felt gyms weren't for you, you'll find your place here. We train outdoors in beautiful Devonport and Port Sorell locations, and no two sessions are ever the same. It's not about perfection—it's about progress, connection, and showing up for yourself.

FAQ’S

  • What kind of training is it? - Boot Camp is a mix of functional strength, fitness and core work. (Think Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Battle Ropes, etc)

  • Isn’t Boot Camp Super Tough? It’s as hard as you want to make it, 90% of people who join are just starting. (It’s built for beginners)

  • Will I be fit enough? - Probably, can you do two rounds of 10- Push Ups (Knees are fine) - 10 Air Squats - 10 Step Ups and Walk/Jog 50 metres?

  • What if I can’t do an exercise (Burpees)? - We have alternatives, IE, Burpees can be done on a seat, walking instead of running.

  • I’ve got a few niggles. Can I train? - Our average age is 40; most people have a few injuries from time to time. We provide alternative exercises so you can keep training. Serious injuries/health problems will need a doctor's clearance.

  • What sessions do you have available? Our timetable is below —take a look and pick a class that suits you.
