What is Boot Camps Tasmania?
Based in Devonport & Port Sorell. Boot Camp is based on Big Group Training. We are more like a club or a church. We all get together, talk, laugh, workout, encourage and support. Boot Camp is a community. Our sessions are always different, and they are a mix of cardio and strength. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels and ages, and is perfect for beginners.

Traditional gyms don’t work for the majority of people. 67% of people who join a gym never go, and over 50% quit within 6 months.
Our memberships, sessions and challenges provide the essential structure, support, accountability, and connection people need to achieve their goals consistently.
More than a workout
The reality is that our training sessions make up only about 1% of our week. We put in just as much effort toward your health and fitness outside of the training sessions as we do during them.
BEYOND THE TRAINING SESSIONS:
Private Facebook Groups: These are where we connect and communicate outside our training sessions. We have various groups depending on your needs. (Nutrition-Support/Accountability and Social) They are filled with mini-challenges, recipes, resources, tools, constant encouragement, and banter.
Ongoing Education: We live and breathe a fit and healthy lifestyle and freely share our 20 years of training and wellness knowledge. You'll gain access to ongoing resources, tools, e-recipe books, family ideas, and much more.
We are social: Regular coffees, BBQs, events, trivia nights, workshops, walks, etc.
Check-ins: Often, you only hear from your gym when you miss a payment. We follow up and reach out when we don't see you, providing ongoing updates, feedback, and encouragement.
