About Memberships

    • Memberships are based on the amount of weekly training sessions you're committing to.

    • No sign-up fees/No lock-in contracts: Give us two weeks' notice, and we will cancel your membership with no questions asked.

    • Memberships are flexible. Use your weekly sessions any day, anytime, at any location.

    • Once a member, no need to book your sessions, just come to the sessions that suit you.

    • Members get access to our privare FB Group and Members Only Wellness Hub.

    • Going on holidays? We allow our members to pause their memberships for 4 weeks each year.

  • Most popular for good reason! Two weekly sessions give you the perfect balance – enough to build momentum and see progress, but manageable for busy lifestyles. Watch your fitness and strength improve week by week.

  • Where you'll see real change! Three sessions per week builds serious momentum and visible results. Choose from morning, evening, or weekend sessions.

  • For serious results! Complete access to all sessions across mornings, evenings, and weekends. Maximum flexibility, maximum progress. Perfect for those committed to transforming their fitness.

Partner Memberships

  • 2 people, 2 sessions each = 4 total weekly sessions. Perfect for couples or family members training together. Requires a shared bank account for billing convenience.

  • Two family members can each attend unlimited sessions per week—complete flexibility for busy schedules. Must share the same bank account.

  • Devonport Evening Sessions @ C3 Church

  • Port Sorell Monday/Wednesday Sessions @ PS Surf Club

  • Tuesday Evening/Saturday Sessions @ Banksia Courts (September/May) - Banksia Centre (April/August & Wet Days)

  • Arrive 5 minutes early. Bring a towel and a water bottle.

BC Difference

80% of our training is done at parks and the beach. We watch the sunrise as we work out. Our sessions are interactive and often incorporate a team or partner element. They are for all fitness levels and include a diverse mix of strength and cardio, improving overall fitness. Every session is professionally programmed and coached by a qualified trainer.

Beyond the Training Sessions.

The reality is that our training sessions make up only about 1% of our week. We put in as much effort toward your health and fitness outside the training sessions as we do during them.
