DIFFERENTLY
We offer a session-based membership. You pick the number of weekly training sessions you want to join, and that's your membership.
Session Memberships allow us to provide unmatched support, accountability, and flexibility in your training. We check in with the sessions you're committing to each week and follow up when you miss a session. Knowing who's committing to each session also enables us to plan a higher-quality session.
No lock-in contracts; give us 2 weeks’ notice.
Going on holiday, we will pause your payments. (4 weeks max per year)
PRICES & OPTIONS
One-Session Membership: Perfect for those getting started. Pick your weekly training session and get access to our private FB and Online Support, which includes ongoing tools, resources, challenges, events, and workshops. $12 pw
Two-Session Membership: (Our most popular Membership). Two weekly sessions begin to build the habit of training into your week. You'll start to notice the difference and see progress in your fitness and strength. $18:50 pw
Three-Session Membership: Three weekly sessions start to see some real results and consistency. Mix up your mornings and evenings, and add a mum’s session. You can use your three weekly sessions to suit you. $25.50 pw
Unlimited Membership: Train any session, anytime, anywhere. Our unlimited is for those serious about training. Choose between our morning, evening and weekend sessions. $30.50 pw
Family & Partner Memberships
We love it when our families get involved in Boot Camp. Train as a couple or use the family membership for you and your kids (Kids Boot Camp)
2x2 Partner Membership: 2 family members x 2 weekly sessions each. $35 pw (Must be living in the same house)
Unlimited Partner Membership: 2 family members x unlimited sessions per week $52.50 pw
Need an extra session? Members can get an additional session for only $10.50

BC Difference
80% of our training is done at parks and the beach. We watch the sunrise as we work out. Our sessions are interactive and often incorporate a team or partner element. They are for all fitness levels and include a diverse mix of strength and cardio, improving overall fitness. Every session is professionally programmed and coached by a qualified trainer.
Beyond the Training Sessions.
The reality is that our training sessions make up only about 1% of our week. We put in as much effort toward your health and fitness outside the training sessions as we do during them.
Here’s what included in all our memberships.
Our Private Facebook Groups are where we connect and communicate outside of our training sessions. These groups are filled with mini-challenges, recipes, resources, tools, constant encouragement, and banter.
Ongoing Education: We live and breathe a fit and healthy lifestyle and freely share our 20 years of training and wellness knowledge. You'll get ongoing resources, tools, e-recipe books, family ideas, and more.
We are social: Regular coffees, BBQs, events, trivia nights, workshops, walks, etc.
Check-ins: Often, you only hear from your gym when you miss a payment. We follow up and reach out when we don't see you, providing ongoing updates, feedback, and encouragement.
Set Your Goals: If you like to set goals and take on challenges, we have a goals group where members can post their goals, give updates, and track progress.
