Tips and Tricks

  • Bring water and a towel.

  • Bring a jumper; we train mostly outside, and it can be a little cold to begin with

  • Have your clothes ready the night before

  • Set your alarm (even for evening sessions, you’d be surprised)

  • Start easy, and go at your pace. There is no need to break any records on day one.

  • SHOW UP (It’s hard to get fitter and create change when you don’t show up)

  • Pick the session you want to try and hit book.

  • Fill in your details, agree to the terms and hit continue.

  • On the right-hand side of the payment page, find the package-gift coupon and hit the + sign.

  • Use the code FIRST-FREE and hit Apply

  • If it’s your first time, the payment will be removed

  • Hit confirm, and you're all set!!!
