The Kickstart Challenge is here to give you the boost you need.
So, what’s Kickstart all about?
**Train & Transform:** Remember, mood follows action. We kick things off with six weeks of Boot Camp Training, and you can pick any three sessions each week to join.
**Kickstart Online Program:** Our online Kickstart Program (KSP) is all about keeping you motivated and on track with your fitness goals. You’ll get weekly wellness tips, fun mini-challenges, helpful tools, and ideas to help you lead a healthier, fitter life.
**Kickstart Gear:** On day one, we'll hook you up with a training T-shirt and a pair of boxing gloves to get you started.
**Accountability:** If you’re looking for some extra motivation, we've got you covered. Throughout the six weeks, you’ll commit to your weekly training sessions. If you miss one, we’ll check in and ask, "Where were you?"
