Being a Dad is an incredible opportunity to give, serve, and grow. It can also be the most challenging season of our lives.
140-Project combines the support of a small group with the structure of a program. Over 20 weeks, you will build a foundation and framework that enables you to be at your best to give your best to others, your work and your family.
140-Project is based on ancient wisdom. For thousands of years, men have gathered to support, guide and grow.

10 Foundations and Frameworks we will cover and build from
Self-Discovery/Understanding: Reflective Coaching Session to understand and unpack the beliefs, stories and experiences that guide your lens on life.
Establishing Values/Purpose: Every performance-driven team and business have clear values and a guiding purpose. We will work to develop your personal/family values and purpose.
Built to Flourish: Based on Eco-Psychology, Built to Flourish is a life-changing framework for creating a flourishing personal ecosystem.
Culture: We think about culture in teams and companies, but we rarely spend time establishing our family culture. You will learn what culture is, how it works and how to build a healthy family culture.
Mindfulness: 8-10 Dads I work with, their primary goal is to be more present at home. As a certified meditation/mindfulness teacher, I will work with you to build a mindful living practice for you and your family.
Boundaries/Balance: Much of our busyness and stress comes from a lack of boundaries and clarity of what's essential. We try to be everything for everyone, all the time; learning to build clear boundaries and create the space to invest in what and who matters most is central to our wellness.
Habits/Goals/Rituals/Recognition: The pace of modern life means we have become transactional. Unfortunately, many of our habits disconnect us from each other and impact our wellness, sleep and happiness. We will understand and build habits, set goals, create rituals and give recognition that builds a more connected family culture.
What Sparks You? How clear are you on what makes you come alive? So often, we are getting through days rather than living and experiencing them. We have lost touch with what we love and our strengths. How impactful would it be for your kids to hear you and see you doing what lights you up and brings joy?
Wellness: Our wellness is our most important asset (when we haven't got it). Our relationship to health is one of our greatest life teachers; we learn so much about ourselves, our limits and our potential. Building a wellness plan and embedding your wellness story into your kid's beliefs around all aspects of life is incredibly powerful.
Next Steps: At the end of each project, we dedicate a fortnight to taking committed action beyond the coaching. This investment provides the clarity and commitment to take the program and make it your own.
