Hi, my name is Luke McLean. As a PT for over 20 years and a golfer playing off a low single handicap, I’ve seen so many golfers struggle to improve their swing—not because they don’t know what to change, or a lack of practice, but because their bodies lack the mobility, balance, strength, and power to support it.

BC‑GOLF FIT is golf-specific fitness training built around the core four:

  • Strength (functional strength for the whole body)

  • Mobility (move better, swing more freely, and reduce injury risk),

  • Power (explosive strength in the muscles that drive club speed)

  • Balance (the foundation of swing consistency)

You can’t improve if you can’t move in a way that can bring power and consistency.

The answer isn’t another driver or hitting more balls with the same restricted movements.
