As a PT for over 20 years and a local golfer at Thirlstane, I’ve seen so many golfers struggle to improve their swing—not because they don’t know what to change, but because their bodies lack the mobility, balance, strength, and power to support it.
BC‑GOLF FIT is golf-specific fitness training built around the core four:
Strength (functional strength for the whole body)
Mobility (move better, swing more freely, and reduce injury risk),
Power (explosive strength in the muscles that drive club speed)
Balance (the foundation of swing consistency).
Our Golf‑Fit Circuits bring these principles together in a fun, coached circuit-style workout suitable for all ages and golfing abilities.
