Mindfulness has supported me in every part of my life. It helps me manage stress, deepen relationships, be more accepting and grounded in life.
Mindfulness Classes: This 45-minute class combines Meditation with practical tools, resources and exercises you can use daily. Mindfulness Classes are not about chanting, mantras and yoga music. We drop into simple mindfulness meditation and learn how to train attention, awareness and attitude. The aim is not enlightenment. It's about responding better to everyday stress, noisy kids, and being more present & connected. Let's be honest.
