Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is the biggest driver of weight loss & body composition change. Training builds strength and confidence, but what you do consistently with food is what makes results show up and stick.
Because so many people regain weight after a big loss, our coaching focuses on realistic habits, flexible structure, and a plan you can maintain long-term.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition Coaching helps you make changes that actually fit your goals, your schedule, and your real life.
Food choices aren’t just about willpower. They’re shaped by habits, routines, stress, convenience, and the environment we live in. With busy weeks, more sitting, and endless quick processed options, “eating well” can feel harder than it should.
That’s where coaching comes in. You’ll get education, a clear plan, and ongoing support to build healthier habits and routines you can stick to long-term.
What’s included:
Goal setting and a simple nutrition plan aligned to your goal
Personalised meal planning support (based on your preferences and lifestyle)
Lifestyle coaching to make your plan realistic and repeatable
Support and accountability that suits you (check-ins, tracking, food diary options, weekly planning and prep)
Is Nutrition Coaching right for you?
I work with all kinds of clients with different goals. Here are a few common scenarios:
I’ve tried to lose weight before, but I can’t keep it off.
I’m super busy, and I just need a simple plan to follow.
I want to lose a few kilos and keep it off, without giving up my whole social life.
I want to lose fat and build lean muscle.
I’ve got young kids, and we’re struggling with meals and snacks that actually work.
How Nutrition Coaching Works:

FAQs
Q: Do I need to be a Bootcamps Tasmania member?
1
Yes, you’ll need to be a current Boot Camps Tasmania member.
This coaching is priced as a member-only add-on, which means Boot Camp members get access at a heavily discounted rate compared to the general public. If you’re not a member yet, the first step is to join Boot Camp, then we can add Nutrition Coaching on top.
Q: Is this just about nutrition?
2
No. This challenge is about building consistency across the board, not just nutrition.
We’ll focus on building routines and making realistic changes that fit your lifestyle.
Q: How much time does it take?
3
It depends a little on your goals, but it’s designed to fit into a busy life.
Daily check-ins take 1–2 minutes. Your weekly reflection and planning are about 10–15 minutes. Beyond that, the “extra time” is meal planning/prep, tracking and building good nutrition into your day.
Q: What if I fall off track?
4
That’s normal, and it’s exactly why coaching is built into this.
If you fall off track, we’ll help you reset and get moving forward again. This coaching is designed to be sustainable and flexible, so we’ll look at what got in the way and adjust your mini goals, non-negotiables, or tracking so it fits your real life. No guilt, no judgement, just support and accountability to rebuild consistency long-term.
