PORT SORELL

The Portsie Crew are a super fun and supportive group that has grown over the past 12 months.

It’s a great introduction and alternative to the gyms and studios in the area.

Our sessions are built to be fun and challenging; we want our campers to enjoy coming and leave feeling like they’ve found their limits.

We have all ages and fitness levels and love an occasional Coffee and Boot Camp Breakfast.

Sessions are Monday-Wednesday 6 am and Saturday 6:45 am Indoors at the Banksia

 

About our Challenges.

  • Professionally built and planned sessions and weeks: Providing essential support, structure and accountability.

  • Train with the same people/at the same time: Creating connection, confidence and community. (Perfect for people starting or find gyms and classes intimidating)

  • Diverse, well-rounded sessions: Full-Body Strength and Cardio Sessions. We mix it up with various exercises, intensities, equipment, and types of training.

  • Private FB Group: Throughout our challenges, you will have access to health and wellness resources and tools, take part in mini-challenges and much more.

  • Boot Camp Training T Included (12-Week Challenges Only)


Weekly deductions will begin from when you sign up

Just before the first challenge started I decided I would sign up as well, so my husband had an exercise partner. Luke has accommodated my physical limitations, giving me alternative exercises and insuring there are lighter weights available. The group is full of enthusiastic and encouraging people, I feel this is a reflection of how Luke runs his sessions. I am now a convert - I am really enjoying the sessions, enjoying group exercise and have even managed to lose weight. Kim (Port Sorell)
