Our VIPS One Day Retreat is the perfect immersive experience to train, learn, grow and connect. You will leave feeling exhausted, fulfilled, and with an awareness and actions for your next steps to live a healthier, happier, and higher performing life.
Workout/Workshop: This is not a bunch of talks or presentations. This is you doing the work and taking action.
Small Group: A maximum of 10 people, allowing for more personal care and deeper conversations.
Challenge and Fun: It will be challenging. Our workouts and sessions will challenge you. We grow and find new limits when we go through challenges. We will also have plenty of laughs and lots of fun.

Boot Camps Tasmania Founder Luke McLean spent over a decade as the Health and Well-Being Manager for the Cotton On Group. Luke was responsible for overseeing the building of their global wellness program and coaching owners, executives and senior leaders to prioritise their personal & team wellness to enhance performance and culture.
Luke is a Certified Personal Trainer, Life Coach and Meditation Teacher.
