4-WEEK CHALLENGE

Join our upcoming 6-AM / 4-Week Challenge. This will be our first challenge that will include outdoor sessions.


BootCamps Tasmania has been such a great reintroduction to regular exercise for me. The sessions are varied, fun and challenging enough to ensure you know you have worked hard! The 6-week timeframe feels achievable to commit to even on cold winter mornings, and he is able to cater to different needs and fitness levels.

Luke is a very positive and likeable coach - his emphasis on community/team building is really refreshing, and it has been lovely exercising with a group of like-minded people.

Multiple Weekly Sessions:

Consistency is King: Multiple weeks of consistently training on the same days at the same time create a habit of working out. Consistency is what gets long-term results.

More Than a Workout: Our challenges involve grabbing a coffee and building friendships. We believe a supportive community is essential to living a healthy lifestyle.

You Gotta Show Up: Taking on a boot camp challenge is a big commitment and investment; that's why we love them, and that’s why they work. High amounts of support and accountability are essential to getting great outcomes.

Fun, Diverse Sessions:

You’ve Got to Enjoy it: No session is the same. Our sessions are based on Functional Strength & Fitness / with a Team feel. (Expect Circuits-Games-Strength-Cardio & Recovery)
